About LEED AP(O+M)

The LEED AP (O+M) accreditation recognises owners, facility managers, and property management experts that integrate sustainable practises, boost performance, increase efficiency, and lessen environmental impact in existing facilities. The facilities manager must choose sustainable materials, collect data to prove energy and water efficiency, write narratives, and develop policies for sustainable operations and maintenance, green cleaning, indoor environmental quality, purchasing and waste, human experience, and pest control management in order for a new space to be certified as sustainable.

Course Duration:

  • 2 weeks/ 15 days

  • Eligibility:

  • Candidate should have a current LEED GA credential.

  • Candidate should be 18 years of age or older.

  • Candidate should agree to GBCI's disciplinary and exam appeals policy and credentialing maintenance requirements.
