About LEED AP(ND)

Designing green communities is an essential step in finding a solution to the world's environmental problems. The LEED (Neighbourhood Design) course is intended to evaluate the knowledge and abilities required for participation in the design process, to support and promote integrated design, and to simplify the application and certification processes. Residential uses, non-residential uses, or a combination of both may be included in new land development projects or redevelopment projects that employ LEED ND. Any step of a project's development, from conceptualization to completion, is acceptable.

Course Duration:

  • 2 weeks/ 15 days

  • Eligibility:

  • Candidate should have a current LEED GA credential.

  • Candidate should be 18 years of age or older

  • Candidate should agree to GBCI's Disciplinary and Exam Appeals Policy and credentialing maintenance requirements.
